Women represent only about a quarter of undergraduate computer science majors (ACS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, we have created an environment that doesn&#8217;t fully include or support these talented minds. We need to work together as an industry if we want to change this dynamic and create a more diverse workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There&#8217;s no room for mediocrity when it comes to tech innovation. We all deserve better!
