Riding a Bike with No Hands

Riding with no hands is very useful because it frees you up to do useful things like taking something in your backpack, putting something away, texting, and whatever it is you like to do.
First of all, ‘Safety First’, so do not forget to wear your helmet and any other protection just in case you are going to fall.
Steps
- First, ride in a straight line.
- Lean in the direction you want to go.
- Take off your hands off the handlebars.
- Pinch your seat with your knees to stabilize yourself.
- Keep going straight and practice your balance.
No Hands Going Right or Left
Do the same with the first steps but this time, try to lean gently to the direction you want to go. Just don’t lean too much or you will just fall.
Just keep practicing until you get comfortable riding with no hands, you don’t have to worry, everything’s going to be okay.
If you get scared, that’s when you’re going to fall off, and bad things are going to happen, so confidence is the key.
